DÍA MUNDIAL CONTRA LA DEPRESIÓN

📅 El próximo 13 de enero se conmemora el Día Mundial de la Lucha contra la Depresión , una jornada destinada a sensibilizar, informar y visibilizar una de las enfermedades mentales más frecuentes y con mayor impacto en la vida de millones de personas en todo el mundo. La depresión no es un simple estado de ánimo bajo, sino un trastorno de salud mental serio que afecta a personas de todas las edades y contextos y que puede causar discapacidad si no recibe la atención adecuada. Trastorno depresivo (depresión) 🌍 Paradójicamente, en un mundo lleno de avances y comodidades, el número de personas que sufren depresión sigue creciendo y muchos casos permanecen sin diagnóstico ni tratamiento oportuno.
